My friend got skilled trade NOI for oinp on jan13. He submitted his profile on 21 jan. He can get refund because he got EE ita just 20 min ago

Received ITA 4 hours ago. Submitted already. So we gonna withdraw PNP app, right? I guess we get no refund cause they already processed the PNP app

Bro In my opinion! Pnp helps us to increase the score by 600 points after that we will have same ITA in our express entry profile.Which will take another month
