I've got requested for information about "employment reference letter".
I didn't upload that because I'd uploaded a job offer letter showing all of my job description(duration, position, salary, and so forth)
Anyway, I've uploaded the employment reference letter straight away and I'm waiting.

I wanted to share my profile and want an opinion and my chances for getting a NOI in OINP SKILLED TRADE STREAM.
I have 1.5 years experience in NOC 7311 and my file is currently in pool with a score of 428 my ielts score is 7,7,7.5,8.5.
I was unlucky twice when the draw dropped to 400 in june last year at that time my score was 400 to be exact i had less bands and then the draw went to 436 in november when my ielts score went to triple 7 and 8. I have done grade 12 from INDIA so my score is the best one can get as a grade 12 student.
Do u think should i wait for another draw for the stream in 2021 or should i try something else?

Bro i m in same comdition lying on 400. Working as a butcher. How to get more bands . I tried too many times but not getting much plz help
