Hey guys, due to personal family matters I hadn't been checking my GKey Mails frequently, logged in last night to find I had received an NOI from Ontario on the 26 August - my question is, given that the 45 days have now lapsed, can I still accept the NOI and apply? I went on to the Ontario PNP website and was still able to create a profile for the HCS - does this mean I am still able to apply even though 45 days have lapsed?
If NOI expires, you cannot submit an application. Even if you did, OINP will automatically withdraw it and issue refund.
Thanks so much for the feedback - so what are my options? recreate my EE profile and hope to receive another NOI from Ontario for the HCP stream?

Yes, create a new profile as same profile will be definitely excluded from future draws. You can also send an email to OINP, explain your situation and maybe they will allow you to submit the application, doesn't hurt to try.
ok great - thanks so much for the help. Just so that I understand, the HCP draw which took place on the 26 August 2020, did NOI's only get sent out to EE profiles which met the criteria currently in the pool? in other words, if I create a new EE profile now (which will also meet the HCP criteria) theres no chance my new profile would be sent an NOI for the HCP stream that opened on the 26 August and is still open?
I am not sure if people who received NOI once will receive it again even if they create a new profile, if you meet criteria again in a future draw, you might receive it. Express Entry streams are always open, you will need a new NOI to submit an application.
I think you would recieve NOI on a new profile if you meet the criteria but on the existing one probably you wont receive it again.
I do believe ontario is done for this year probably next year they will send out noi's now.
Yea, they are definitely done for the year. They are still treating files of the 29th July and 26th August NOIs.
No you wont receive from the NOI on 26th august that has already happened but from the new one in the future, the draw happens on the single day if you had your profile in the pool on 26th august you will receive it not afterwards. They have a fixed amount of NOI they issue for the year.
The only noi that might happen is the tech draw. but I am not so sure because I believe that they are done for the year.

You really missed the chance for OINP this year. And IRCC sends email to you when you receive PNP email.
Login to your OINP portal it would tell you there only what stage your application is in.
