Hi,

I have 465 points, I need your help to understand, can I apply for Ontario PNP in any category?
Also is there any category open for Ontario PNP for me, I am working in Toronto.

Please advise.

Hey Anand,

Currently only the French stream of OINP is open.

Can I apply in "Human Capital Priorities Stream" category and is this category open, if no do anyone has any information when it will be opened?

1. you cannot apply directly. You have to recieve notification of interest from Ontario first
2. At the moment Human priorities capital is closed
3. it is not known when will it reopen again. (It was closed mid of this February, because they have already taken too many applicants).
4. With your current score it might be possible for you to get direct ITA. You can still check and try to improve it a little bit more (French language test for example).

OINP has been closed since May 2016. No one knows for sure when they will open up again. If they do open the program they will post it on their program updates websites found here:
