OINP need original IELTS results !! How to get a duplicate copy of IELTS ?

I have got a Letter of interest for OINP . As per the application guide i need to submit original IELTS test result with OINP application .
Could someone help and tell me how to get a duplicate copy of IELTS ? As i will need the original copy while submitting my applicaiton to CIC later on .

Did anyone successfully got a Duplicate copy from British council ? Did they ask for any proofs ? :-\

Neither CIC nor OINP need the 'original' document. CIC needs a scan of the document while OINP needs a copy.

It says on the OINP site that we need to provide original test results :

Language Requirements

Please provide original language test results from either IELTS (General Training Test only), CELPIP (General Test only), or TEF to demonstrate official language proficiency equivalent to the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or above for each language competency in either English or French. These tests need to be taken within 24 months of application submission to ensure the results are valid at the time of permanent residence processing.

OINP recommends you take your official language tests within one year of submitting your application to OINP to ensure that your results are valid when you submit your application for permanent residency to Citizenship and Immigration Canada. If your results expire at the time of application before you apply for permanent residency, you will need to retake the tests.

I dont think that you need original IELTS results to be sent. Just that you have to take the IELTS General Test and send them the scanned copy in color.

This is the first time I see them mentioning originals when it comes to IELTS. In the application guide, they say that they want copies. IELTS doesn't issue original duplicates to candidates. It can only send copies to organizations at your request for a fee.

On website page : http :// www . ontarioimmigration. ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_APPLY.html they mentioned "original test results" but inside Application PDF guide they have mentioned "Copies of test result " . I will stick to application guide PDF and send copies of test results .
