OINP - Master's stream

Hi,
I have applied the OINP Master program, my score was 55 without CLB7. My question is : if I got CLB 6, which results in 0 score in language class, can I still be selected?

Requirements for Masters stream

3. Language
You must be able to understand, read, write and speak in English or French at a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or higher

Hello everyone, a question please, I recently submitted my PR application through OINP master grad application and left my mother's DOB blank and just added family registration form which had only her birth year. Will my application get returned because of this?

Any response would be highly appreciated.
