I didn't submit the cover pages, just the front page (and the signature page, if it is not on the front page)

Hi Abhirami, we are at the same stage. Mine moved to assessment on Sep 29th. The OINP says "When all document requests are submitted successfully, a blue document icon will appear beside your file number. Clicking on the blue document icon will show details of all submitted document requests".
But I didn’t see any blue icon beside my file number. What about yours?

Thank you for your reply! I really appreciate it! My application status changed to assessment five days ago but it still doesn't show a blue icon says the docs are submitted completely.
Did you get the blue icon right away or wait few days? I was thinking if I should contact them and see if I miss any documents they need..

No. The date when we created the EOI.

"A PDF copy of the Attestation Form must be printed, signed personally in ink by the applicant, and uploaded to the “Other” tab under Supporting Documents. The Attestation Form should be signed on the same date that you submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the OINP."

I just received my IELTS results and have updated my OINP EOI profile. Since it says on the website that "The Attestation Form should be signed on the same date that you submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the OINP". Does this mean the initial date when i registered or do i have to sign every time i update my profile?
