Hey Abhirami. Just wondering what docs you submitted and what you wrote in intend to reside in Ontario.
 
In that section I just listed things like, previous employment, jobs applied, residency, ties in Ontario etc. Basically whatever that was said in the help pop up. But I also included an explanation letter stating why I want to reside in Ontario in the documents section.

Okay and can you please tell me what documents you submitted?
 
Sure,

1. Driver's License
2. Experience letter from previous employer
3. Jobs applied - confirmation emails
4. Library card
5. Payment confirmation with PEO(Professional Engineers Ontario) for EIT
6. Statement of intent


Since I already uploaded lease agreements, pay slips, insurance, etc. in the residency in Ontario section, I uploaded only these in the Intention to reside section to avoid repetition.
 
To be clear not the date that we will be submitting the application with all the documents right ?

No. The date when we created the EOI.

"A PDF copy of the Attestation Form must be printed, signed personally in ink by the applicant, and uploaded to the “Other” tab under Supporting Documents. The Attestation Form should be signed on the same date that you submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the OINP."
 
Okay great. I just checked it has options as you said.
For the insurance, do we want to black out policy number?
