Hello,

I have obtained masters degree from UToronto on Nov 10, 2016.

I do not have sufficient (1 year) demonstrable work experience for express entry either CEC or FSW.

I would therefore like to apply for OINP masters grad stream - assuming that there will be another round before November this year.

I understand it takes 30-60 days to get the nomination from the province. How long would it take to get the PR after that ?

Would I be allowed to apply for a study permit to start in another masters program in montreal next year, while the PR application is ongoing ? Or will i get the PR before September next year ? Till what stage of the process am i required to not move to another province ? I have done my 2.5 year fulltime masters degree in ontario and in and have also lived in ontario for the past year.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Arun
