OINP - Master Stream - Missing Files after Submitting the Application

I just talked with an enquiry officer(after 45 mins in queue) just now. He told me email to ontarionominee@ontario.ca for any missing documents before 4th of October. They can add that into my file before officers going to review them. Also mention the file number on email.

Just a quick question, do we need to print and sign the attestation form? Or just write your name on the pdf directly?
It mention already, i just read it. We have to sign it with then ink pen. then scan it make it pdf and upload it.
I just submitted online with my complete name that’s it.
I don’t know what is the outcome. Let’s update our profile here if anything come up.
