OINP Master Eligibility Query

I hope this message finds you well. I have a couple of questions regarding the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Master’s Graduate Stream:

I have completed a one-year Master’s degree in Computer Science and currently hold a three-year work permit in Thunder Bay. Am I eligible to bring my spouse as I don't 2 years master's degree?

I graduated from Lakehead University and plan to apply under the OINP Master’s Graduate Stream. Do I need to have a full-time job offer to be eligible for this category? I am currently working part-time in Thunder Bay. Will my work experience in Northern Ontario earn me points under this program?

I would appreciate your guidance on these matters.
