OINP & Marriage Separation

Hello Guys,

I need some help with this.

Me and my ex wife got separated this year in Feb and she has been refusing to get separation agreement done.
I recently got OINP invite and I will need that document to be submitted as I have mentioned Legally Separated in the status.

How do I solve this? What other documents/explanations I can provide?

Go to family curt. They might have the documents served to her and she wont have an option.
