OINP - International Students Stream - Proof of Funds

I got an International Students Stream invitation from OINP and I want to start my application in the Express Entry to get the PR. I don't have 1-year full-time work experience, however, I got a job offer and I am authorized to work in Canada. Do I still need Proof of Funds?
