OINP - International Student with a Job Offer ( People on contracts)

Right now I am on a full-time NOC B job and have completed 8 months on contract and have a two-year diploma from a Canadian college . The problem is my company renews the contract every six months so I got Jan - july , Aug - jan . I will be completing 1560 hours in November 2016 but 365 days will be completed in January 2017

I am still eligible to apply for OINP - International Student with a Job Offer Since cic states that

"Getting a first job after graduation is not an easy task and many students will not receive permanent full-time job offers right out of school. Given this reality for students, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program will also consider one-year renewable contracts on a case-by-case basis"

I have a chance for renewing the contract in February 2017. I graduated on December 17 ,2014 as per the diploma sign and sealed date

Is the graduation date the last semester or when the graduation ceremony took place ??

Will I be eligible to apply for OINP if they open in October 2017 ?

One of the conditions to eligible for this category is "apply within two years from the date on which they graduated."

As per that statement, student has to submit their profile within two years from graduation (Graduation date on their final transcript).
Graduation date would be generally in 2-3 weeks time after semester exams, where each student get their credits and confirmed they are graduated.

I recommend you (your organization for pre-screen application) to apply for OINP, because there would be chance if your position get approval within December 2016.
