Invitation to Apply - 10/09/2024
Submitted - 23/09/2024
Assessment - 18/10/2024 - (25 days since submission)
Decision In Progress - 21/11/2024 (Between Nov 13-21 since was the last time I checked was Nov 13) (59 days since submission)
Approval - 07/01/2025 (106 days since submission) (NOC 32100 - Score 75)

Like I said on a previous comment to your question:

The processing time for non-express entry PR applications today is about 21 months, according to the IRCC website. However, until now some applications might take as low as 8-9 months. I guess it will be depending on the case. But it would be safe to assume that at least 12 months of processing time is necessary.
