I have question regarding OINP international student category

I have a permanent job in NOC B. My employer is ready to apply OINP international job offer for me
My haead office is located in USA
We have a branch in Canada
Is is possible to apply OINP even my head office is in CANADA.
Our pay is coming from ADP though
