I received an invitation for the OINP HCP draw on September 19, 2024. If anyone has already applied or is planning to apply through this program, please feel free to share your timelines and questions here.

I couldn't find any active thread for this specific draw date, so if there's another one, please share the link. Thank you!

Hi, I also received NOI for OINP HCP draw on Sept 19th, 2024 and I have submitted the application under CEC stream on Sept 30th. What's your status for the application?

Hi, I'm waiting for some docs, will submit the application in a week or two.
Mine will also be CEC with non-accompanying Spouse.

Hi, Today is the 45th and last to submit application for hcp but the oinp portal is not opening due to technical difficulties. Do they provide any extension on this if we tell them through web form?

Please do so. I am having the same issue 'OntarioImmigration.gov.on.ca could not load your page. Please clear your browser’s cache/history and try again.' and have already sent the webform. If we can all send them emails/webforms it should get extended as it is definitely a site issue right

Yes i have also sent them a web form. It’s not working yet. They should give an extension on this. Please let us know if anyone has encountered this problem before.

I experienced this Oct 24 clearing cache didn't fix it so raised webform. The next day found the website was down. Oct 26 I could access it again. I got a generic reply 5 days after the web form that now everything is fixed. I didn't ask for an extension so the reply also didn't address it. Hope this helps

Yes they do so, document everything with time stamp.

OINP has provided extension till Nov 12 to submit file for all the NOI received on sept 19 and sept 26.
