I have a question. For those who got nominations, how long did it take for your nomination certificate to be emailed to you?

Mine appeared inside my IRCC portal before I got anything from Ontario.

Oh okay. So when I logged into IRCC, I saw a message titled "Provincial/Territorial Nomination letter", and another one titled "Province or Territory Nomination Received" Is the second message the nomination certificate?

“Provincial/Territorial Nomination letter" is what you’re looking for I would say

I accepted my nomination on a Friday and got the nomination certificate by Monday via email from OINP.

I think the result needs to be valid only upto the AOR stage.

I got the email at around 5:30am EDT
