Hi, I submitted my application on March 23, 2024.
NOI: March 21, HCPS, FSWP, CRS 473.

As of today, June 13, 2024, my application is still in submitted status. I haven't submitted any web forms. My application has been in submitted status for 80 days now.

Does anybody know if this is a normal processing time? Should I be worried about this?
Thank you!

Looks like just to move to assessment state itself they are taking 2.5 months, later 1 or 2 months to get it approval. This is the timeline I could see for most of the applicants. For only fewer it is faster. Overall 4.5 months of processing time is ridiculous to just add points. It will be very difficult again to get picked up in EE draws as we are wasting our time here in PNP processing. I would suggest you to target for next STEM draw in EE by increasing the scores. 490+ have a definite chance and the draw will happen in the end of month July considering the past trend. All the Best for all!

There is no harm in waiting. If you can get 490+ CRS, then it is fine. You don’t need to pay $1,500 to OINP and wait 4-5 months as you said.

What will you do if IRCC take 9+ months to review your IRCC submission?

I agree for low CRS scores we have to wait. I am just giving my thought here to target for STEM draw as this OINP has very unstable processing times, for each individuals different times. There is no such case I heard with EE application who are CEC inland which will take 9 months unless they have missed some documents and sending web forms back and fort. It is max of 6 months. How ever ,though it will be 9 months, that is still ok you will get PR after that. But here for nothing you have to wait for 5 months and again wait for EE draws to get your PR processing starts. From my opinion this will not help who are in deadline of expire work permits or projects durations will be on end by which we had to go back to the home countries like my case.

My husband applied on OINP responding to NOl on March 31, 2024. He was invited under Heath-care specific draw conducted on 7th March. Still the profile is in submitted state. It's been more than 2 months. Is this normal?

Your application is CEC/FSW and Inland/outland?
Also till when your EE profile is valid? because I could see the DIP status has changed very fast for you in just 1 day. I did not hear such status change from any of applicants. Their status is in Assessment only since more than a month
