Got nominated today, question: do we need a birth certificate for the PR document list? Also, can I reuse reference letters from OINP document list (they are dated June and July)? Or do we need to submit reference letters with a recent date?

Got a nomination certificate from Ontario. In this document my job seeker validation code is 280. However, in my EE profile it's 0280. Is it ok or not?

Hey all, I got an NOI on the tech draw on July 6 and I submitted my application on August 19, 2023.
I was missing one out of 2 diplomas I have studied in Canada which I later sent via email which they acknowledged the receipt for (initially I only uploaded letter of completion and the transcript).
Will they return my application or proceed with it? (It is in 'Submitted' stage still)...

Should proceed without issues. Unless something drastic happens. They would usually give you a chance to clarify or submit again before rejecting or returning.

Yes, I removed my sibling. It dropped my points by 15 but not below the minimum score of that oinp invitation round. That's what I let OINP know as well. I have been nominated, received 600 points, got invitation to apply and now application has been submitted for PR.
Hi all, I'm preparing translations for post-ITA. I sent a scan of the original document to a translator, and my pdf set consist of:
1. the original doc;
2. translation of the original document (not stamped);
3. affidavit. In here I have the following text:
"I, Jonh Doe, translator of ABC LLP (Registration Certificate No. 123 issued on 01.01.99, Member of ATA), make oath and state that I am proficient in both the local and English languages and that I translated the above document from local into English. I certify that the English text is a true and accurate translation of the local language text, also hereto attached, to the best of my knowledge and substantially conforms to the content of the original document.
stamps, sign, date, translator's email, address and number."
Question: Do I need to provide a copy of the original document (with the translator's stamp)? I'm confused with the official requirements from here
I assume I need to provide it in case the translator used a copy of the original as a source document. However, I emailed him a scan of the original. Or maybe is it better to provide a copy just to be sure??

I ordered a duplicate WES report for OINP a while ago. Now when I login to the WES official website, my current WES report has a date of the duplicate (not the original report date), reference number is the same, and the phrase:
"Duplicate Evaluation Report (original completed on June 10, 2022)", so I have a duplicate report in my profile, and not the original one. I don't see any option on the website to download the original report.

2.. For the post-ITA, is it ok to upload this current duplicate report from the WES website? or do I need to scan the original physical report tht WES mailed me, since I don't have it on the website?
