OINP Human Capital Priority Stream 2023 Feb Draw- Timelines

Hi there,
I just got email on my IRCC account that Ontario is interested and requesting to officially apply.
Notice started as following “The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry.”
therefore, I have a couple of questions;
1) how many days do I have from today as of receiving the notice to apply for OINP before it expires?
2) for salary compensation, if I don’t have pay stub or bank deposit, what would be ideal option for me to show them as proof of compensation?

You must scan and upload proof of compensation for any work experience (foreign and Canadian) you include in your application.

Proof may include copies of:

• pay slips, pay cheques or pay statements for the first and last month of each period of work experience
• bank statements showing salary deposits for the first and last month of each period of work experience
• income tax documents
• letter(s) from employer(s) confirming your annual salary/hourly wage. These letters must explain why documentation to verify compensation for work performed is not available

Thank you for the reply. I am little bit confused about the invitation! Is it a draw that took place earlier this month or this is just noi that I need to apply then if pnp draw administrative by Ontario happens I will get picked up! Or is it that if I apply through that invitation, if accepted I will be rewarded 600 points on my ee profile.
there is no pdf file on that email, so I m thinking basically screenshot that message and upload it on OINP as proof of noi.

What you received is NOI from Ontario( I think this is what is also mentioned in GCKey notification). You now have 45 days to apply on their website. If and when it is approved, you will be awareded 600 points in your GCKey which you need to accept. this will bump your score accordingly.
