My NOC code is 31110 and I'm a dentist. And my score is 487, but I haven't got NOI. What can be the reason for this? Everyone another person whom I know got NOI.
Hi Fasih, sorry to hear that. Interesting question, but I am not sure why is that. May be someone from this group can answer this more precisely. My NOC code is 31110 and I'm a dentist. Wouldnt this be misrepresentation and could be thought as illegal. Do you know anyone who did this and got WP-EXT letter?I was talking about this https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/permit/temporary/extend.html
But at the end of the process you will get a refusal. But still you can buy some time, because the processing time is 158 days. So almost 6 months you will be on implied status and still you can work.
I was following a Licensed Immigration consultant online and I have seen he was suggesting doing this to people whos WP going to expire soon. I dont know anyone who did this and you WILL NOT get an extension at the end.Wouldnt this be misrepresentation and could be thought as illegal. Do you know anyone who did this and got WP-EXT letter?
Yeah I have understand and heard same on this forum but I dont know if this could have any negative aspect. If had no other choice this seems better then applying for visitor visa, where one cannot work legally.I was following a Licensed Immigration consultant online and I have seen he was suggesting doing this to people whos WP going to expire soon. I dont know anyone who did this and you WILL NOT get an extension at the end.
But the point is, the candidate will fall under implied status as soon as he/she apply for this and can continue work.
Pls consult to someone before deciding on this.

I double checked the NOC code and was on the list for the Feb 2 draw and your CRS score falls under the range of 476-489. So you were eligible and was suppose to get an invitation.
The only thing that comes to my mind is either your IRCC express entry application was not complete or not submitted during the time.
or you might not have choose Ontario while creating the express entry profile.
If that's not the case then, better check with OINP or IRCC, that's what I can suggest you to do.
Yeah I would suggest to create a new one. I am happy to guide you to create a new profile.Thank you for the reply. Basically, I hired a consultant and he as my representative made the profile. I don't know what he did wrong. I checked my profile and he mentioned the same NOC but I don't know if he had made any other mistake that led to this.
Now I’m thinking of firing and want guidance if I should do this and make a new profile on my own or should link that profile to my own.
I will appreciate it if anyone guides me with this.
