Hi Guys, I got my approval today!!! So excited, I didn't receive any messages yet, I just checked my OINP and IRCC portal today and it was approved, I accepted the invitation and they gave me the 600 points immediately.

I guess they give out nominations to DIP candidates according to submission date, just my guess.
For information you can change noc code within the same draw with explanation letter confirmed by oinp i have mail from oinp.
