Does this actually happen? I wasnt aware of this. Should we inform our HR that such an email would be coming to them?

I am not sure about it either.
I was informed by someone that sometimes the employer verification is done but I haven't found a credible information yet.

When did the draw happen ? I believe 27th Jan was the last day for HCP tech draw happened on Dec 14th ..

My draw was Dec 14th and I submitted my profile on 12th January and went into assessment on 24th January

Edit: Also all the application getting approved lately is inland CEC ones. So I am getting little confused.

w.r.t Inland HCP nomination, can I leave Canada after getting the nomination and get a nomination based work permit from home country and re-enter Canada?
