I see many who had submitted in January have also quickly seen their statuses changed from "Submitted" to "Assessment".

I wonder if OINP is waiting to do a mass "Decision In Progress" followed by a mass "Nomination". It seems so to me.

Hi! I received an NOI on Dec 14, 2023 and submitted my application on Jan 11, 2024. The status changed from Submitted to Assessment on Jan 18, 2024. However, when I was checking the documents I submitted, I noticed that I had missed to attach the TRV obtained as a Student in the "Status Documents issued by IRCC" section. I have only submitted my current TRV for PGWP. Will that be a problem? Should I email them the updated document? PLEASE HELP!

P.S: In the Passport document section, I have attached all the visa stamps and entry stamps in my passport.

In my case, that works in my favor. Plenty of time to fix some mistakes I made. Turns out that if you apply from inside Ontario, any translated documents you submit must be translated by an ATIO-certified translator. Didn't know that before I submitted my application and used a non-ATIO translator. Now I need to send web form with the new translations. Should be fine.. as long as they don't touch my file until I send the new translation that is.
I had the same issue that I just realized I need to have ATIO accredited translation for my marriage certificate. My initial application package was sent out last week and it is still in the "submitted" status. I'm wondering if submitting additional documents after initial submission using webform is going to cause negative impact on our application? I'm quite worried about it. Could you please kindly let me know -
1. How did you explain in your webform and did they ever send anything back to you acknowledging the receipt of your new translation and confirm they will use it?
2. Is it that as long as we submit additional documents while our profile status stays in "Submitted" then it is fine? Or does it have to be before the 45 calendar days deadline to submit additional docs using the webform? Do you think submit additional files after initial submission has negative impact at all?
3. could you please let me know how did you submit it using the webform? On the webform I don't see any place that would allow me to upload new files. Did you email ontarionominee@ontario.ca?

Thank you so much!!

Nah. I don't think that sending in corrected files would negatively impact our application. Why would it? That's one of the main purposes of the web form. For people to send documents they need to send, after their application is submitted. If anything, they probably appreciate that they don't have to send an ADR now because I already sent the right documents.

My main concern was that my application could be returned as "incomplete" because of it. But I am past that phase. I got a message confirming that my application was deemed complete. My application is currently in the DIP phase. I don't expect any issues really. Regarding your questions:

1) I just explained that the information regarding me needing to send ATIO translations because i am applying from within Ontario, was missing from the official guide i was following so i was unaware of that. I apologized for the inconvenience and sent the new translations attached to that email. They replied a couple of days later acknowledging the receipt of my documents and told me they attached it to my file.

2) My logic was that i needed to send the right translations before they could "assess" my file. If they were to assess my file and those translations were not there, then they could deem my application as incomplete. So that was my main concern.

3) I sent an email to that address yes. I explained my situation in the body of the email and attached the right documents.

Best of luck to you!

Could you update your timeline on when you reached DIP? I think you're the only one on this forum so far in that stage
