OINP - Human Capital Minimum wage

Hi,

Im working as a software tester, my hourly pay is lesser than the Job bank Ontario Minimum wage for S/W testers.
Does this disqualify my eligibility for ONIP under Human capital stream?

I was an international student currently under Open work-permit, I have 1 year Canadian experience and 1 year non Canadian experience
with a CRS score of 462 points

yes, you cant apply for this if your wages are not qualified.
try to match your job responsibilities with the noc code have same wages asyou are getting.
