OINP-How to upload request document?

Hi,
Today, I got the information request letter.
I dont know how to upload the document on e-filing portal.
It says click the icon beside file number, but there is no icon.
Or there is other way to upload?
if you know, please help me out!

Login to OINP and there should be red icon in front of File number. If there is not, contact oinp by email. They are usually very good in replying.

There is no red icon in front of my file number.
I sent email, hopefully they will answer soon!
