OINP HCP tech draw second time not received

Hi guys looking for small information

Once I got the oinp HCP tech draw EOI in the month of feb I was not eligible at that time ... Again March one more draw happened but I didn't receive EOI.. I heard that only one time I will get the EOI.. Is it true ??

You need to create a new EE profile. Did you do that?

Yes I created new EE profile now. But I did it in same gckey account.. is that correct or even gckey account also new ?

Delete the other account and use a new one entirely
