OINP HCP Stream processing fee deducted & application is still not submitted

Dear Members

I am facing a serious problem, I got a letter of interest from OINP for consideration for nomination, so i registered on 30th July 2017 under HCP Stream. However, when i clicked the payment option for application submission, on 12th July 2017, it came with an error that your fee was submitted and the transaction was not completed due some network error and contact the technical support at
OINP.technical-POCI.technique@ontario.ca;

Now one-key account shows the status of "Application to be submitted", the processing fees is also been deducted which is confirmed from my bank account, but still the systems says the application is not submitted yet.

Despite of number of mails at the email address mentioned below & contact number:

i do not receive any feedback what so ever

i am on the verge of losing not only my application without processing as the deadline is 14th July 2017 (14days as mentioned on OINP website) and also the processing fees.

Kindly assist me in this regard.

Email them with bank deduction screen shot as a proof.
Call them mention your case number. You need to try at different time of the day to find someone to talk with.
