Just Spreading the Good News.I applied on November 11 and got Nomination today and points got reflected immediately. i had 408 before and 1008 now. So, Please be patient and all ends in Good.

I submitted my application on 5th november. I received a mail to asking a copy of ECA report from WES. Did you receive a mail to send a copy of ECA report to OINP? If yes, how time did it take?

In the application guide, they instructed us to send them a duplicate ECA report from the ECA organization.
Most of us(including me) initiated duplicate copy request, the moment we submitted our application. Hence, I didn't received any ADR request.

As far as time is concerned, it won't take more than 10 mins. You are simply requesting your credential Assessment organisation to send a duplicate copy of your ECA to CIC.

anyone who can chip in....hopping you can help here. Or point me to any thread for POF ?

I submitted HCP application early Nov 17 and my POF was sufficient then (10k USD) Between Nov and to date i decided to buy shares worth 1500 USD and also moved 1500USD to my savings account. So the balance on my POF account is 7k USD.

I received an ADR today asking for latest transactions on the account i submitted.

So
1 - Can i show the shares purchased as well as their current value ?
2 - Can i move the 1500USD from the savings account back to the main POF account & give LOE for these movements ?

What else can i do to show the ADR successfully ?

CIC explicitly states that, funds has to be unencumbered and liquidated at any given time. The premise of your credits shows that you are on the right side.

Having said that, when visa officer views your statement, it will shows a mercurial nature of your account which raises ambiguity . He/She may assume that the amount you show in the statement today may not be the same tomorrow. Hence, it's a normal suggestion to maintain a account specifically for Express Entry which shows minimal and stable transaction. Less complexity in your document will leads to minimal scrutiny ergo speedy PPR

As you already knew: Though you have more than minimal threshold in your POF account, you can still transfer 1500USD with a well stated LOE.
This will clarifies the premise of the transactions to VO.

One day. To the original email in which they asked for the copy , please give a reply saying that you have ordered a duplicate copy and they will revert saying that they have received it. it happened for me too.

Guy if one does not submit income tax and do not have form 16 if oinp request what should be done any input

I have submitted on Nov 7 but still my application in submitted. I heard people submitted after nov 7 goy

Submitted my application on 13th Nov. Status is still submitted. I am getting anxious!

Please read the entire email carefully, they might have mentioned A or B in the beginning. Did you send 2 bank statements ?

If not, this could be typing mistake. Send 6 month bank statements ( funds according to LICO should be in your account for the last 6 month)

Your Human Capital Priority application received on November 7, 2017, is currently being assessed.
In order to continue the assessment of your application, OINP requires additional information related to the following program criteria:

Settlement Funds
OINP requires that you demonstrate a minimum level of savings and/or income to cover the settlement costs for yourself and your dependent family members. Funds must be unencumbered ad readily transferable in a convertible currency. The minimum amount of funds is determined by the Low Income Cut-Offs (LICO) and based on the number of family members in your household.
To determine the settlement funds required for your family size, please review the LICO chart found onIRCC’s website.
- If you have a personal bank account(s) with a standing/final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO. Please provide:

· Copies of your Overseas bank statements for six months from (A – B)

· Detailed terms of your pension if you move overseas

Note: Bank statements should include your name, the account number and the currency.

I received a Nomination recently from Ontario and now I have sufficient points to receive an ITA in the next draw hopefully. My Question is, can I apply for Police clearance and and medical in advance (Just to save my time later)? If yes, can anyone help me out with links where I can apply for the same in India?

Status update: submitted my application on Nov 7, then 6 weeks of assessment, now Decision in Progress. Finally!

EDIT: Approved! Decision in Progress and then Approved on the very same day.

OINP asks for a ECA report from me but I got my degree from a Canadian university back in 1999 ....

I’m the primary applicant, though my wife has a Master degree from an institution outside Canada and she had done her ECA from WES already as we needed it to enter the Express Entry pool.

So OINP is asking for the ECA report of my spouse? I will send my wife’s WES report anyways (as requested) though I thought it was not necessary as she was not the primary applicant.

Any comments on or insight to this?
