• is it possible NOT to get nominated even with NOC in the list ???

90 days after you receive ITA.

But there aren't really many extra documents to provide.

The most important are medical and PCCs (medicals everyone, PCCs everyone over 18).

Birth certificate and passport for all dependants - and spouse's education + language if applicable.

The rest is the same as for OINP, except you'll have to update proof of funds.

You have 30 days to accept the nomination. After accepting nomination, you will receive ITA in the next draw. After receiving ITA, you will have 90 days to submit all documents to CIC.

Ontario Announces the reopening of Nomination Allocation for 2017.has anyone received NOI?

It seems that for now they are just changing the status of the applications for applicants with CRS > 400. Correct me if anyone with CRS < 400 and application submitted in November has seen his/her status moved from Submitted.
