Bro...The only thing you may have to provide evidences for are your relatives' or your Spouse's ...else You can just mention friends, Career related motivations, information you knew from colleagues @ ur current location ...even if you think the climate is the closest to your current location you can mention it! There is no certain layout if they are not an official relatives (brother ,sisters ,siblings ,uncles ,aunts ,etc...) ...just clearly mention your intention to reside and driving motivations ...

By the way, do I need to submit any letter (like an essay addressing OINP for this?)? Or there would a tab available in e-filling to write my intent? Any word limit?

Seems you have not yet registered to the HCP portal since you do not know the available tabs. Just to let you know that it is already closed.

But to answer your question, you can write a letter addresed to OINP on your intention to reside in Ontario and there no limit for that letter. Good luck.

I think only one or two on the Forum from 2nd week of July submitters turn status to assessment today

I think there were few yesterday ...for me I am still On submitted status since the 13th of July !

Still assessment. I have not seen any one from july applicants to remain in the assessment status for more then 2 weeks. Mine already passed 16 days.

Guyz, any update on status? any person who were in Decision in Progress got nominated? How many days it takes to change DIP to Application Approved? In DIP status, what actually OINP people do?

Do not know how they are going through the applications and on what basis ...its really confusing now
Is it really that random...or there is some sort of metric consisting of NOC against CRS being done in the background that we are not aware of ...

Thats good sign. When you will submit the documents your status will change to DIP.

Usually they send ADR when they are processing your application. I dont have such experience but I have seen candidates with same situations.

I think the Skill trade NoC codes are in Priority here. they do say their processing time is less than 30 days. HCP stream takes 30-60 days so keep your fingers crossed and lets hope for the best.
