My name as in passport is Sundara Raman Chandrasekaran but in some of the payslips it is mentioned as Sundara Chandrasekaran.
Would it create any problem ? If it is a case, what is your suggestion ?

If you have reference letter and contract with your full name then I believe there should not be a problem for payslips.

Thanks but the irony is, I am preparing for alternate documents for work reference letter as my company denied providing those. Am providing as many company documents I can gather to prove my working experience. But god has other ideas I realized in some of the company documents my full name is not mentioned completely which makes me jitter.

Though I have my full name mentioned in recent payslips, compensation letter and offer letter

No need for confirmation number. Just login again with your login info and click on "returning user who previously registered with OINP".

May be a system glitch as its facing issues during weekend and till now ..wait for 6-9 hours from now and try again ...

When you login into your one key account ...you must have a code on the far left that represents your file #.

3- click on A returning user who has previously registered for the OINP

I did all those four times. I guess there shuld be a problem with the website itself. It is no redirecting me any where after I submit. It is just giving this " THANK YOU. YOUR SUBMISSION HAS BEEN RECEIVED." YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS:
