You'll get an email that your profile is updated. 
I got CIC email of update but it was for PT letter. I was wondering that I have accepted PT on 7th August and letter came 9th August 1.54pm Canadian time which is after the draw, now whether I was included in the draw or not? My husband says he thinks they don't do all at once so as not to flood the system. Ours was updated with message in profile first and the email only came much later, so keep checking your profile.Thanks bro. But still no ITA in my EE profile!

They are saying to call at least 2 days before for appointment and additional information is doctor is leaving for 3 weeks on 20th August 2017. She will be back by 11th September 2017. So in Abu Dhabi, you can do medicals before 20th August or after 11th September. In her absence you can visit any Dubai clinic.
I am no expert of CIC draws, May be you can redirect your questions in the below mentioned thread. Champions there can answer you well.
