File Submitted-27th July
PFL Request -29th September
Replied on PFL-12th October.
Praying for Nomination.
I called up OINP on 2nd Nov, the nice officer on phone told me that they are keeping a timeline of making a decision on PFL cases within 30 days of receiving the reply. You know the timeline of anyone ?
So that we can expect the nomination
Because it Is making me tense the wait is now more 111 days
What is your exact timeline since the beginning...I called up OINP on 2nd Nov, the nice officer on phone told me that they are keeping a timeline of making a decision on PFL cases within 30 days of receiving the reply.
As I have noticed, Some applicants have received nomination before completion of 30 days and others just a few days above 30 day timeline.
Your nomination is just round the corner buddy. Anytime now.
Hi Deepti, congratulations! I have received this letter on Noc. Can you give more details on how you changed, what u provided, when and how you resubmitted?
Hi @Confused2017Hi,
The procedural fairness letter gave me two options:
1) Update the NOC in EE profile and submit the screenshots of the same. I chose this option. I also updated my Ontario application by submitting the change of information letter that they have on their site.
2) Alternatively, they asked to submit experience letter for the NOC that I had provided.
Hope this helps.
Hi @ankitpHi Deepti,
I received a PFL on 30th September. The clarity needed is exactly same as you explained here- http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/oinp-procedural-fairness-letter-for-wrong-noc.514225/
I wanted to know where to send the documents they asked for to the same email? or Do I need to upload the asked documents somewhere else too?
One of your responses says- "The procedural fairness letter gave me two options:

2) Alternatively, they asked to submit experience letter for the NOC that I had provided.".
Where can I find the change of information letter as you mentioned above? Is that compulsory to submit? Please advise.
Thanks
Hi, thanks for your reply.Hi @JingleBells,
No have not received the nomination. Even on my one-key account still shows "Awaiting Information". What's the status of your one-key account?
Hi @JingleBells, I submitted the requested documents on 22nd October. I am calling them regularly with no help. All they say is that senior officer will look at your file. The status on one-key still shows awaiting information. Let's hope for the best. Keep in touch.Hi, thanks for your reply.
When did you submit your reply to the PFL?
Actually one more applicant that had submitted PFL reply on 2nd oct was showing awaiting information status but when he called up OINP, officer said that his status was actually Dip and awaiting information status showing on eportal was incorrect.
Yours could be the same case.
I submitted PFL reply on 25 th oct. status changed to Dip yesterday
Praying that nomination for all of us is soon
