I was in DIP since 20th July received my nomination on 31/08 .. waiting for ITA... How much time does ITA take?

Don't believe that. It may show like that. It happened for me too. Unless you send your transcript, you will see the same status forever. If you contact them, it will roll back to 'awaiting for documents'. So don't consider it.

You go ahead with collecting your transcripts from the university.
