I think they are still on to 2017 files. But from what we have seen, we did the right thing by applying for OINP. Seems like it could take few months to get the score down to 435s.

Okay.. here's the update for us hopefuls of OINP, Class of 2018.

Firstly, it appears that no new NOI's have been issued after February 26th, 2018. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Secondly, as per the immi tracker, it appears that most of the applications filed in November 2017 have been processed and the nominations issued. There weren't that many that were filed in December 2017, and even some from December have already been processed. So they will very soon (maybe within a week) start looking at the applications that came through to them in 2018. That was the good news.

The bad news.... OINP is taking well beyond 90 days in most cases to issue nominations. It appears that 4 months (120 days) now appears to be the norm, from the day you put in the application till the day you get the nomination. One can only hope that this delay is due to a backlog. This backlog from 2017 now appears to be clearing, so hopefully the 2018 processing times and turnaround could be faster.

Hope everyone else is coping well with the wait :)

Another question - Does the status change from "submitted" to something else when they start looking at your PNP application ?

Should change from submitted to Assessment.

Program: HCP
Date submitted: 24 March 2018
Status: Submitted.

I have a question here, is there any status known as AOR for OINP applicants?

Once you submit an application to OINP, you get an email confirmation from them, which should be within minutes of submitting the application. That is the only possible AOR I can think of for OINP.

There is however, another email that comes from OINP much later when they confirm that the documents received are all in order. That's also when your status changes from "Submitted" to "Assessment". Hopefully that stage isn't too far for us all :)

I was curious about this post... I applied end of December 2017 and I'm still waiting to receive a nomination. Not sure how you get all these information from Immi Track. Maybe I'm just dumb, but until now, I had no success tracking people from December 2017 there. (and there's no thread here either). Anyways, just a heads up from a December applicant...
