Sorry to hear that...
did they mention the reason for rejection ?
Yes, I called them up. It seems that they sent me an ADR email on 2nd June which I didn't receive. As per their rules, if I don't get back to them with in 14 days, my application will be rejected and the same happened.

very very unfortunate...
are you planning to challenge this one sided decision in someway?

Guys, please I need your help. I got NOI from OINP on May 3rd , under the French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. I did submit my application On June 14th, and my application status was ''Submitted" till today, when it changed to ''Withdrawn by OINP".
It's really a big shock for me, and I don't know what really happened. Can someone explain to me, and still I have chance to re-apply?

You call them. They will tell you the reason for the current status. Did you get the refund of your money? If yes, then as per my knowledge nothing can be done. You have to start again from scratch. I went through the same thing today.

Thanks Brother for your reply. Actually didn't call them yet, and yes I got my money back. Starting from the scratch means withdraw my EE profile and create another one, and hoping to get an NOI again from oinp?

Well, that's what the OINP guy that I spoke to on the phone suggested. But since my crs score is 435, I would like to wait for next draw(testing my luck) as they have a tie break rule. Then immediately delete and create a new ee profile.
