Express Entry draw figures for June 13, 2018 are below.
The twelfth Express Entry draw for permanent residency candidates in 2018 has taken place, with 3,750 candidates set to receive an invitation to apply (ITA), making the June 13 draw the largest so far this year. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off threshold for this draw stood at 451 points.
As in recent draws, a tie-break is being applied. As multiple candidates may have 451 CRS points, those who have had a profile in the pool longer are prioritized. Specifically, eligible candidates with 451 points who created their profile before July 21, 2017 at 07:01:28 UTC were invited in this latest draw.
This draw brings the total number of invitations issued so far this year to 35,950.
Unlike the previous draw, which took place on May 30, the June 13 draw invites candidates across all programs managed under Express Entry, including the Federal Skilled Worker Class and the Canadian Experience Class. The May 30 draw invited only candidates under the Federal Skilled Trades Class, as well as provincial nominees.

I submitted my EE profile on 13th April (CRS below 400) , IELTS re-appeared and profile updated on 10th May 2018 (CRS above 400). By when can i expect NOI ? Shall i count from 13th Apr 18 or 10th May 18 ?

The days have gone when everyone and anyone over 400 got an NOI. Nowadays, Ontario is sending NOIs going by the scores. I don't think anyone less that 425-30 has got one this year. Besides the window is currently closed and would reopen in September.
