Hello!

A few days ago, I received the nomination approval letter (application submitted on May 1st). I applied it through international student with job offer stream. My job offer is classified as B. Now I am ready to prepare my federal application for the PR. I am really confused about the language test requirement. I know for C and D job offer, you must submit language test. However, I can't find any information for O, A and B job offer. For the stream I applied under, I have to have a job offer classified as O, A or B. Does that mean I don't need to provide any language test result?

Really appreciate for any information!
You received the nomination from the PNP part. You still need to meet the Minimum Entry Criteria laid out by the Federal EE system. One of this criteria is about language ability

Hi,
Sorry, I know this thread is for applications already submitted on April-May 2018. But I recently received NOI (July 26) and a new thread has not been created for the following months’ applications. :)

I will soon applied (this week) under French Speaking Skilled Worker, although I have some questions, listed bellow:

1- Education (outside Canada): I attached ECA report (WES) and I already ordered the duplicate for Ontario. Do I need to attach also Degree and grades certificate?

2- I attached a full detailed Employment Reference Letter from current employer (working there from 2010 to present) but I cannot provide a copy of work contract. The Manager (who signed the letter) included a parraph informing why it is not available to provide. Is it ok with this clarification in the same reference letter? For other hand, I am attaching proof of annual incomes from 2010 to date.

3- Intent to reside in Ontario: 1- Previous visit: I have the travel itinerary from a previous family trip to Toronto (but it was only a week duration). 2- Family ties: In addition to Citizenship ID and Birth Certificate, I am providing my uncle’s tax assessment for year 2017, issued on April 2018. Plus, his propierty assessment (this was made on June 2016 but the document refers validity until 2020). Is this ok?

Please kindly share your experiences and tips regarding the supporting docs.

Thanks in advance.;)

Hi There,
I would suggest you to follow the link http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/prodconsum/groups/csc/@oipp/documents/document/oi_en_fssw.pdf
and refer Appendix 5 to know what level of documentation is required for each...

Some reference sample letter for Intent to Reside:

Do let us know if you have further question... Appendix 5 is what I used to prepare my documentation for OINP and in parallel the EE as well as it is very comprehensive.
Hi,
I was checking out EE document list and found out they need Education degrees/diplomas for primary applicant and spouse also.

so the Question is, do I need to submit all mark sheet and degree certificate for both (Me and my Wife)? or just degree certificate would suffice?
and Where I m gonna upload ECA? it doesn't mention anywhere.

Ok, you being the primary applicant you will need to provide the ECA, Degree, Mark sheet/Transcripts and the Language Score in a single pdf file and upload in the education section.
If you are claiming points for your wife's education, language score, then you should do the same for her as well, other wise no need, but include the info in the personal history/activities section of your express entry application once you receive the ITA

As you know, recently I got nominated and got 600 points, so can I make some changes if I want?
means previously I claim points for my wife's education and then I got NOI, applied and nominated.

what if i remove her education from my EE profile, will that be a problem?

So you have the ECA for your wife already right? then I suggest keep it and do not remove it

I do have a ECA but don't have transcript as institute issued only one and gave it WES.

Issuing additional will take couple of months and I can not wait that longer.

If I were aware of this then I would have applied before but I though ECA would suffice for EE. Any other way?

and you dont have any marksheets for her course even?
