OINP FSW Mistakes

Hi all I got Invited last Friday for OINP Job offer FSW General Draw stream. The point was at least 50. I got 50 so I received it. However I just realized the following that would impact my score but it was an honest mistakes. I would like to know what are your thoughts if I need to withdraw it.

1. JOb tenure in job offer position (3 points)- I just realized that in order fo you to gain 3 points, you should have worked in the employer of the job offer for at least 6 months. When I filled this section before, I thought the job tenure of the job offer position is the years of experience on the same position. I thought this is where I get the score of the criteria that I need to have a least 2 years experience of the job offer position. Which I already have 2 years or more experience but as of now, I am still currently 3 months working for the new employer as I just transferred. Can i explain this mistake and do you think OINP would consider?

2. Second is the Earning HIstory (3points): When I filled this out before, I thought this is the job offer as the basis of your earnings is your job offer that will be assessed by the CRA right? my highest earning history assessed by CRA was in the year 2022 and assessment was May 2023. The earning for that year was below 40k as I was a student for Jan-April. Started working only May 2022 and took 4 months month leave starting October. Can I fight for the earnings 2023 which is for sure above 40k but will be assessed this year 2024?

Kindly advise before I submit or should I withdraw? This is frustrating, I didn't hire any lawyer that's why. Maybe I should. But let me know your thoughts if I can fight the 6 points if not then my score should have been 44 and not 50 and should not have received ITA.
