OINP French SW application form link broken

Hi,

Im trying to open the OINP French SW application from from this website but it will refuse to open:

I have Illustrator which identifies it as password protected, I aslo have never had a problem opening PDF's on my computer and I have even reinstalled the latest version of Adobe reader.

Has any one else had problems opening this application form?

everything is fine, just use acrobat reader instead of illustrator.

You might also open it in your internet browser (google chrome for example)

Hi,

I had the same issue and opening it in Chrome seemed to work. I would try updating adobe or trying it in Chrome.
