OINP French Stream

I was wondering why in the last French Stream Ontario PNP draw they only selected profiles with CRS between 424 and 436. I have a CRS of 451 and I did not receive a NOI although I am eligible for this stream. I am worried for next draws.
Why do you think they set a maximum score ? I cannot think of any logical reason.

I think this is because you do not lie in the range 424 and 436. Also which language did you choose as first ?
