Pre-Assessed..
Hi to you all,
Is there anyone who applied to Ontario EE French Speaking skilled worker & received a PT since December 2015 ?
I'm looking to assess what are the timeline & processing time for that specific stream.
Would anyone have information as to the time it takes to :
- receive an AOR once the application has been delivered to OINP
- get feedback & approval from OINP once AOR has been delivered.

Many thanks,
A great week-end to you all

Hi blebelle,

I submitted my profile in EE on 20/03 and received Ontario NOI one day later.
I sent my package for FSSW on 10/04 and now waiting for the AOR.

No difference between the processing time with Human Capital Priorities and French Speaking Stream. So OINP is still processing December 2015 Express Entry applicants right now.

They promise to process the nomination 90 days after AOR.

Hi fcabirol,
Congrats for getting OINP NOI.

what was your CLB Level in French and English test?

Have you selected French as your Primary Language while creating EE Profile?

Hi Munjal,

Yes, french is my primay language, so my CLB was 10 in each category for the TEF.
In English, my result was R:10, W:7, L:8, S:7

Thats really superb.. :)

I am still at beginner level. I cleared DELF A2 level exam, but that was almost 3 years now. so I have to start from scratch again..

Just one question..
Have you selected French as your FIRST OFFICIAL Language while creating your EE Profile?

I have the same question. Do we have to declare French as the *primary* language in EE profile to qualify for this stream? I mean if the person has better scores in IELTS than TEF (but still above CLB7 in both) then they will obviously declare english as first language and get some extra points.
Or have I got it wrong?

Yes, I declare french to be my first language. As I have higher competency in French than in English : it was the thing to do to get a better score.

But, it is written nowhere in application instruction that you need to select French as your primary language. I guess to demonstrate the required level is OK.

Thank you fcabirol for your reply.

I am planning to start learning French again.
Cleared DELF A2 three years ago. So, need to brush up the knowledge again.

Can you advice me about how much time it takes to reach to CLB7 level of TEF

and pls also tell that CLB7 level of TEF corresponds to which Level of DELF (B1 or B2)?

hey guys,

Any updates about timelines?
