on 9th Dec, a day after they got my ECA e-package, I got a request to send additional docs. I am running around to get them and send them. very short deadline of 15 days !
See, during my career, in one of the organization I worked, in 2012 two salary slips are missing (due to outsourced vendor system crash or something along those lines), but to prove I have received these two months salaries, I have got my bank statements and my income tax statements to compensate.
I mean, is this going to be a show-stopper if in a tenure of 5 years experience, two salary slips in two consecutive months are missing ?
And as explained, I got enough data and proof, to compensate for these missing docs ? Am getting a bit worried. What would you suggest ? Do i need to get a letter from that particular organisation to explain why these docs are missing ? Or shall I write a letter explaining the situation ?
