OINP express entry invites for march 2016?

Hello Everyone,
I was just wondering anyone who has more than 400 points got an invite for oinp in March?
i know that there was a pause for base stream but its been a month and i have 440 points, still haven got any updates from oinp.
I'll appreciate if anyone can guide me on this.
