Thank you so much for your reply @phanikiran.kara. My hubby applied for his on december 12th 2020 and mine spouse open work permit on 16th december 2020. We are waiting to hear from them now. We both are here in Canada. We sent the PR package on December 23rd. Till now the tracking doesn’t show it is delivered. Very worried. Dont know how long it might take for them to issue us with work permit and AOR.

I sent mine around the same time so yours should be there by now.

For AOR it will take at least 5+ months. Applications sent in June are only receiving AOR now (January).

mine is changed from dip to ai (awaiting information). is it common?

Finally passed the medical today. Nothing to do now but wait for that golden update. Hope it comes soon.

Permit may come first and then the AoR. Good luck to both of you.

You haven't got the email to request more information?
I didn't have it, but people in the forum said they will email you and your employer if they need something.

As my agent handled my application on my behalf, he said that OINP was requesting information from the employer.

My application status is "Awaiting Information".

my question is,at this stage can they ask for another documents from my side i already submit my 2 year experience but now because of covid i lost my job .. and even if i try to arrange my documents how much time they give to upload ?
