I included 6 months of experience as self-employed but havent had a response yet. Still in DIP
But you had an employer in assuming since you are mandated to prove 2 years or more. I been self-employed for 14 years. Just wanted to see if what I’m doing is the right approach.

Yes I have self employed experience from my country plus 1.5 years of employment in Canada. I added both to my application because they are in the same NOC as my job offer.

Hello everyone need Guidance for OINP student stream. Me and my common law partner are in canada on work permit and she got nominated for OINP student stream.
There is a guide on IRCC website but still if someone can give real life experience that will be appreciated.

And then forms and process.

QQ for anyone who's applied inland for their employer specific work permit - where do I actually go to apply for this? I'm in my CIC account and I've got the forms for Apply to extend/change work permit (imm5710e) - is that correct?

Guys, I received my CoPR today... 6 days after the decision made status.

Wish you guys all the best on your applications!
Hi, Congratulation!! can you let me know your NOC and how many dependents you have in application? Thanks,

In your CIC account you will start a new application. You will have to answer a couple of questions and one of them will tell them you are a provincial nominee. When you get to the end of the questions, there will be an option to create a work permit (I don't remember exactly how they call it).
I didn't save my answers, but they are straightforward.

Man, most of the steps in this process will take a while.
I know how freak is waiting for feedback from them.
In some cases, the CIC spends almost one month to give you any feedback about the package.
I have never seen any case that the POST lost the package.
Two weeks, Canada Post doesn't have any clue of where my application ended up.
I started to build a new one.

Be mindful when using Canada Post to mail important stuff. Just saying.
