This is my fourth trial

First one: April 26th 2019
Second: March 3rd 2020
Third: July 21st 2020
Fourth: October 21st 2020.

Good luck for next round. Hopefully next year it will not be "first come first serve", seems OINP wish to devise something like ranking point based system. Stay tuned anytime after 23 October for further details.

Sorry I don't understand, you have your file number already, if you want to cancel your previous application you need to withdraw the old one first, otherwise every time you sign in will still show your existing file info. If you want to proceed the application with existing file number, then just login and proceed to fill in the info online. Seems there is time limit for you to fill in your info.
 
Hi all!
I was following all trying to apply today with my fingers crossed! I tried to access OINP page but I couldn't so I was not able to help anyone.

Congrats to everyone that succeeded! Happy for you all!

For those that will try next time, I have some friends that got it before and they said to create a profile before the day OINP open and the day before make sure your One Key and password is okay.
 
Didn't want to post it before to not disturb people trying to help others with the OINP.
Just gave our biometrics today. Nobody at Service Canada, just me and my husband. We arrived 15 minutes earlier and were immediately attended. Didn't take more than 10 minutes both of us.

That was from an application in 2019 .

I went to take the biometrics today too, are you the one with long hair and went to the counter to get back a clear A4 folder? If not just ignore it :)
