If you're on Chrome

Hit F12 or ctrl click - inspect

Click network tab

Once a response request comes through, it will look like a bunch of random letters and numbers, click on that and you will see on the right hand pane something like {"statusCode: "", if you scroll across a little bit you'll see {"position": 1234} - this is your position in the queue. Note that it looks like it automatically times out after about 20 mins so you may lose your spot.

I was on the queue for 1 hour and I got to enter

I started an application but it won't let me click on foreign worker stream (because the tab was grey and not blue) which means they reached their limit already,

I've been waiting for this for almost a year (April 26th 2019, the day they closed the international student stream until my time ran out and now this)

They opened at 3pm and I was on the queue for 30min, at 3:30ish I got in and both streams were already closed. I’m so upset that it was opened for such a short period of time. Don’t know what to do now

Noway the quota can finish this quickly. They planned it to double this year.. There must be some system limitations to handle the load today ..Keep checking everyday for at least next 2 weeks..
